A Clearer Vision for Alexander Carmine – Creating a Fully Integrated Property Business

This week marks a shift in direction, not reactive, but deliberate.

I’ve spent over 20 years in property across sales, development, design, and project management. Over that time, I’ve built more than 50 houses, delivered 30+ large-scale renovations, and been involved in almost every stage of the property lifecycle.

Today, I operate multiple businesses within that space: a real estate agency, a development company, a project management arm, and a design business. Until now, they’ve existed as separate entities, collaborating when needed, but ultimately operating independently. That structure has worked well, Alexander Carmine continues to grow, it’s become clear to me that the future isn’t in separation, it’s in integration.

This isn’t about merging businesses for the sake of it. It’s about creating a sharper, more forward-thinking model that allows me to take greater control over quality, execution, client experience, and long-term value.

We are building a single, unified platform that delivers a fully integrated property service; from acquisition and sales through to design, development, renovation, and ultimately a turnkey handover or resale. All under one vision, one team, and one point of contact.

My initial focus will be the Costa del Sol and Jersey, where I can control quality, execution, and client experience at the highest level. My real estate agency will continue to operate internationally, but the core of the brand will be built around delivering a complete, end-to-end service in these key markets.

The reality is simple: most projects and deals don’t fail because of the asset itself; they fail because of poor communication, lack of clarity, and too many disconnected parties with different priorities.

This move is about solving that.

The market is changing. Buyers and investors are becoming more aware of running costs, energy efficiency, build quality, and the long-term practicality of a property — not just how it looks on launch day.

That shift matters.

By aligning everything more closely in-house, I can reduce noise, tighten execution, improve accountability, and create a clearer path from vision to delivery, both for my business and for my clients.

Time will ultimately judge whether this shift in direction is the right move, but from where I stand today, it feels like the natural evolution of everything I’ve built so far — and where I believe the future of property is heading.

Please do reach out if I can help with any part of your property journey.
