Our preparation usually starts the day before. We take time to visit the property, open the windows, and walk through the space with a buyer’s eye. We look at light, layout, and cleanliness, making small adjustments where needed so the property presents at its best.
We recently hosted an open viewing at Millennium Court, where we arrived the day before to ensure everything felt fresh and welcoming. On the morning of the viewing, we were back early to open the windows again and let the sea air flow through — helping create a calm, light-filled space that people could immediately feel at home in.
Creating a Comfortable Experience
To help viewers take their time, we served freshly baked pastries, fruit, and refreshments. It’s a small touch, but it makes a big difference. We want people to stay a while, take a seat, and imagine living there, rather than feeling rushed or pressured.
