Sharing Alexander Carmine’s weekly update with Danny which started off slow but ended on a real high, here’s what he has to say.
I’ve planned my travel for February, with the first stop being the Isle of Man, partly for business, partly to see family. We’ve signed a new listing there, and it’s one I’ve completely fallen for. It’s currently an empty plot with approved planning permission and some stunning CGI renders. Buyers can build to the existing spec or tweak it to their own vision. Then it’s back to Marbella. In the diary we have scheduled a meeting with a new business partner (more on that soon), several open houses up and down the coast, and I’ll be welcoming a client relocating from Jersey to Marbella. I’ll also squeeze in some skiing in Sierra Nevada with Freddie & Jo before heading back to the beach for a few days R&R.
The week ended on a real high. I received a call from one of the team saying, “check your email” Inside was news about one of the most exciting projects we’ve ever been involved in, a new residential mega yacht with 130 ultra-luxury apartments, designed to constantly travel the world, stopping at the most exclusive destinations while supporting incredible charities and exploration efforts. Prices start at €9M, with the most expensive apartments reaching €55M.
More to come on this, but it’s an amazing opportunity to be part of something this unique.
Sometimes deals don’t go your way, and this week I missed out on a listing I really wanted. It was a brand-new build—nothing flashy from the outside, but once you stepped inside, it was something else. Huge, beautifully designed, and full of potential. I had so many ideas for it, but that’s how this business works. You win some, you lose some. Still gutted, but all you can do is put your best foot forward and keep going.
