Weekly Update from Danny: Back to Business, Big Conversations, and a Birthday

Welcome to my weekly update.

We left Kos after what was honestly one of the best holidays I’ve had in a long time. Just a beautiful few days with my family — great food, perfect weather, and time to properly switch off.

Straight off the plane and into the Cazenove Capital Summer Party at St Ouen’s Manor where the thoughtfulness in planning for the event was standout — such a stunning location. A big thank you to the team for the invite, I genuinely appreciate it. I had the opportunity to meet some brilliant people, and already one of those connections may already be turning into something very exciting.

The next day, my business partner at Lucarna Interior Architecture, Marc, flew into Jersey. It was great to have him here. We hit the ground running, back-to-back meetings and introductions all day. Intense, but worth it. We got in front of some key people, and there’s real momentum building around what we’re creating together.

Later that evening, we were invited to Alexander House for an evening of art and drinks. Thank you to Phil Wood, CEO of Catterson-Wood. A beautiful setting, lovely people, and a chance to catch up with some important clients. Another event I’m genuinely grateful to have been part of. Congratulations to the team, a brilliant night.

We wrapped it all up with a quiet dinner in St Aubin with Marc and Phil — the perfect end to a busy few days.

Also, I turned 41 this week. So yes, it’s been a full-on few days of celebrations too! 😂

On the work front, I’ve been deep in a major client project, but it’s also given me some space to zoom out and reassess something we’ve been quietly sitting on for a while. A highly confidential, off-market opportunity that the team and I have now decided to pursue seriously. We’ll need serious backing, but we’ve got the right people around the table. I’ll share more on that when I can.

And finally — through a recommendation, we’ve just taken on a stunning, historically significant property in Ireland. It’s completely off-market for now, but I’ll be releasing some details soon. If you or your client are looking for something truly special… get in touch. As always, I’m very happy to collaborate with agents and agencies.

Thank you as always for the ongoing support

Danny
