This week, I returned to Marbella, and it’s been a busy schedule—showcasing a beautiful villa, tackling a challenging Ironman, and ending with some family time. Here’s a quick look at what’s been happening:
Open House: Las Brisas Masterpiece
Our week kicked off with an open house at a standout villa in Las Brisas, Nueva Andalucía. Competing in Ironman Marbella
On a personal note, I had the challenge of competing in Ironman 70.3 Marbella this week. This was my third Ironman, and it turned out to be the toughest by far. Due to an unexpected error, the swim course was extended, and just when I thought it couldn’t get harder, I experienced a puncture on the bike. Despite the obstacles, having my wife and little boy, Freddie there to cheer me on was all the motivation I needed. The course itself was beautiful, especially the climb, which was a real highlight. But it was an incredibly demanding day that tested my resolve at every turn.
New Listings in Finca Cortesin
Midweek, I visited Finca Cortesin to check out our new listings, which we’ll soon be bringing to market. Finca Cortesin is one of the most prestigious areas in Spain, known for its luxury resorts and beautiful landscapes. For those familiar with the area, you know the level of exclusivity and beauty that defines it. Family Time in Almuñécar
To wrap up the week, we took a short trip to Almuñécar, a gem just 90 minutes up the coast from Marbella. The hotel we stayed at has an infinity pool overlooking the bay, and the views are absolutely breathtaking—each visit feels like the first. Almuñécar’s relaxed charm, combined with amazing local food and perfect weather, made for an unforgettable family break.
