Welcome to our latest update on the Jersey property market. This week, over 50% of completed transactions fell within the £500k-£800k price range, with many properties selling for close to their listing prices. While the total number of completions continues to lag behind expectations, it’s encouraging to see the sale prices aligning more closely with the listing prices.
