Jersey Property Market Analysis December 2025

Welcome to our Jersey Property Market Update: December 2025

This month delivered one of the most striking contrasts we’ve seen in the Jersey market for some time. While a record-breaking £38m sale reset the benchmark at the very top end, the broader market told a very different story, with several completed transactions requiring serious price recalibration to achieve a sale. From sub-£500,000 apartments to multi-million-pound homes, realism on pricing proved decisive, reinforcing that even in standout months, value remains the key driver of activity.
