Welcome to our market update: Jersey Property Market Analysis 7th March 2025
This Week in Jersey Property Sales: Value on the Move
This month’s property sales reflect a softening in final sale prices compared to initial listings, highlighting the importance of realistic pricing in today’s market. Across a range of homes, from spacious family houses in St Clement and La Pouquelaye to a refurbished apartment in St Brelade, buyers are clearly valuing quality and location, but negotiating with confidence.
Four out of the five properties reviewed sold below their original listing prices, with some seeing reductions of up to £100,000. Whether it’s the coastal charm of Cedar Villa or the convenience of a town-edge home like Nomond Avenue, the pattern suggests that while demand remains steady, buyers are pushing for value—and often getting it.
