Market Watch: Undervalue Sales Persist as Transaction Volume Drops

Last week saw a notable slowdown in activity, with just 15 property transactions recorded through Court, one of the lowest weekly tallies this year. Despite the quieter market, the trend of sales completing below original listing prices continued across the board, underscoring ongoing buyer caution and sustained negotiation power in a softer market.

From rural cottages to town-centre investments, every sale highlighted a clear margin between initial expectations and final sale prices.
