High-Value Jersey Sales Show Narrowing Gap Between Asking and Sale Prices
This week, the Jersey property market saw a strong selection of high-value transactions, with several homes selling above the £1m mark. These sales demonstrate continued demand for premium properties across the island.
For properties over £1m, the average sale price came in around 7% below the original listing price, indicating that while negotiation remains part of the process, the gap between asking and achieved prices is gradually narrowing compared to recent months. This suggests a more balanced market for both buyers and sellers at the top end of the market
