This Week in Jersey Property Sales: From Flagship Homes to Smart Discounts
From flagship homes to savvy buys, Jersey’s market is still moving, but at a price. Coline de Lavande led the pack at £31.5m, one of the island’s biggest deals this year. But across all price points, buyers are negotiating hard, and properties are trading well below asking.
Here are five recent sales that capture the mood of a value-driven market.
