The Jersey property market appears to be gaining some momentum with interest across both family homes and luxury estates. Properties like Cresta achieved their listing prices, indicating bespoke demand for high-end homes.

However, with homes like 2 Oak Villas selling for less than the asking price, it suggests that while the market is stable, some rural properties may still face pricing adjustments to reflect current market conditions. Overall, there seems to be a balance, but some areas, particularly family homes in rural locations, may offer opportunities for value growth.

1.2 Oak Villas, La Rue De La Chesnaie, St John was sold for £700,000.
