Welcome to our update: Jersey Property Market Analysis 30th May 2025
Continued Correction: Buyer Confidence Remains, But Price Sensitivity Deepens
This week’s completions further confirm the ongoing trend we’ve been tracking — realistic pricing is essential to securing sales. While buyer demand remains healthy, especially for lifestyle homes in sought-after parishes, aspirational valuations are increasingly met with negotiation rather than acceptance.
Among recent sales, properties have sold up to 35% below their original asking prices, with most transactions falling between 5–20% under. This highlights a market that rewards vendors willing to align their expectations with current buyer sentiment. Price realism continues to be the strongest driver of successful deals.
