From a standout eco-home selling c£1M below asking, to a period property closing at less than half its 2023 listing price, it’s evident that pricing strategy matters more than ever. Even well-presented homes saw modest reductions, reflecting a market that values realism over hype. For serious buyers, there’s opportunity.
