Welcome to our update: Jersey Property Market Analysis 27th June 2025

High-Value Sales Highlight Shifting Market Trends

This week saw a series of significant property transactions, with our five noted sales all above the £1m mark. Ranging from a landmark barn conversion to modern family homes and coastal residences, the breadth of activity underlines the continued strength of demand at the upper end of the market.

While achieved prices were still between 5–20% below original listing levels, the gap between asking and sale prices appears to be narrowing compared to recent months. This suggests vendors and buyers are moving closer together on expectations, reflecting a more balanced and realistic market environment.
