Welcome to our update: Jersey Property Market Analysis 25th July 2025
This Week in Jersey Court: Strong Sales, Softer Prices
This week’s sales highlight a continuing theme in Jersey’s property market: strong buyer demand but at prices consistently below initial asking levels. From prime commercial space at Millais House selling nearly 20% under guide, through to prestigious period homes like Le Chalet and modern family houses across St Helier and St Brelade, achieved prices reflect an average discount of around 5–20% on earlier listings.
The trend underlines a market that remains active and liquid, but where realistic pricing is proving essential to secure a sale.
