This Week in Jersey Property Sales: Lifestyle Sells, But Price Still Rules
Court is back post-Easter and so is the market, with five notable completions this week. The trend? Buyers want lifestyle; gardens, turnkey finishes, flexible layouts, but they’re not overpaying. Most sales closed well below asking, showing that while demand is strong, value is still king.
These five recent sales showcase the diversity of the market—and underline the growing importance of realistic pricing in today’s environment.
