Welcome to our market update: Jersey Property Market Analysis 24th January 2025.
This week’s sales show buyers negotiating significant discounts, with prices dropping between 3% and 16% below asking.

Reductions were seen across all property types, from luxury homes to cottages, indicating a broader market trend.

Even sought-after locations saw price adjustments, while properties needing renovation had the largest drops.

The market remains active but firmly in buyers’ favour, with sellers adapting to demand.

  1. Apartment 21, Fort D’Auvergne St Helier was sold for £479,000. Luxury new development – first-floor 2-bed, 1-bath apartment with gated promenade access.
