Market Watch: Buyers Continue to Negotiate Strong Discounts Across Price Ranges
This week’s transactions again underline the strength of buyer negotiation, with properties selling at reductions of around 6% to 20% from their original asking prices.
From new-build family homes in St Clement to character granite residences in St Ouen, and from detached plots with redevelopment potential to starter apartments for first-time buyers, the market is showing consistent price adjustments across all tiers. The breadth of sales demonstrates that whether at entry level or in the £1m+ bracket, buyers are exercising caution and securing value.
