Market Watch: Buyers Secure Deals as Prices Slip Below Expectations

This week’s sales show buyers continuing to benefit from a soft market, with properties selling between 5% and 35% below their original listing prices. From luxury sea-view homes in St Brelade to family estates and rural bungalows, every transaction highlighted significant negotiation margins. Even central commercial buildings are changing hands below their initial asking price, underlining that buyers are in control across an unusual Jersey market.
