Island Property Market Sees Solid Activity Across a Range of Homes
This week’s property market in Jersey has seen a strong selection of sales, from charming period cottages to spacious family homes and fully refurbished coastal residences. The five highlighted transactions showcase a continued appetite for well-located properties, with prices generally trending 5–10% below their original listing values.
While first-time buyer homes remain in demand, high-value family properties are also attracting interest, demonstrating a balanced market where realistic pricing and quality features are key to achieving a successful sale.
1.16 Richelieu Park, Tower Road, St Helier – Sold for £1,110,000. Fully refurbished home with stunning views over St Aubin’s Bay. Features include a modern fitted kitchen with separate utility room, living/dining area with functional fireplace and bifolding doors to the garden.
