The Jersey property market continues to show dynamic trends, particularly in the First Time Buyer space, with a significant percentage of recent sales occurring within the £650,000 to £750,000 price range. Interestingly, properties are still selling for under their market value, presenting opportunities for keen buyers.
  1. La Rochelle, 1 Petite Route De Campagne was sold for £3,325,000.
