Danny’s January Update: This week has been eventful, with a mix of challenges, achievements, and progress.
35M Euro Listing:
Our €35M listing has taken a new direction in terms of how it will go to market. The vendor has opted for a highly confidential approach, which isn’t what I feel is best, but it’s what they believe is right. A lot of time and energy went into preparing for a public marketing campaign, but that’s now on hold. It’s frustrating, but this is the nature of the industry sometimes—adaptability is key.
AthX Games:
Traveled to London to compete in the AthX Games, a strength and fitness pairs competition. It was absolutely brilliant, and we performed much better than expected, which was a great surprise. It was a tough but rewarding day, capped off with a trip to Blacklock for some of the best steaks and wines. This has to be my favourite steakhouse in the UK—simply incredible!
Back to Jersey:
After flying back to Jersey, I’ve been feeling the physical toll—my body is sore! I spent the day planning out my week, scheduling meetings, and reviewing our latest listings.
Business Adjustments:
We’ve recently made some strategic changes to Alexander Carmine Estates. While these shifts feel like a gamble, I’m confident they’ll help streamline the business and align us more closely with our long-term vision.
New Isle of Man Listing:
We’re excited to announce a new listing in the Isle of Man. It’s an off-plan project, but the renders are stunning. Depending on the finishes, the property will be listed at around £12M.
All in all, it’s been a productive week filled with highs, some frustrations, and a renewed focus on growth.
Have a great week and I’m always here if I can help on your property journey, please do continue to check out our market commentary which will help you start to make informed decisions on pricing. Always happy to share my thoughts and you can CONTACT or MESSAGE me here
