Weekly Update with Danny: €30M villa in Zagaleta, a luxury apartment in London, new collaborations, and an exciting deal with The Ritz-Carlton group.
We’re excited to announce the addition of a stunning €30M villa in Zagaleta El Unico to our portfolio. From there, I flew to London to check out a completed 3-bed luxury apartment near Tottenham Court Road. This one is also for sale at £6.5m—if you’re interested, let me know. It’s been designed and fully fitted out by a company I’m involved in, and while I’ve been teasing this for a while, we’re now getting close to making some big announcements.
My next destination was the Isle of Man, where I had the opportunity to meet with a few key figures in the luxury industry, including a friend who runs a successful concierge service. We had an insightful discussion about potential collaborations between our businesses, and I’m thrilled to say there’s great potential for future partnerships. I’m a strong advocate for supporting fellow businesses and building lasting relationships, and the venue for our meeting was truly stunning as well.
Lastly, we’ve just signed a major deal with The Ritz-Carlton group for a collection of luxury villas in prime locations around the world. More details will follow shortly, and we’re looking forward to sharing this exciting development with you soon.
