Weekly Update with Danny: Villas, Supercars, and Ski Trips

Sharing Alexander Carmine’s weekly update with Danny: Villas, Supercars, and Ski Trips

This is a fast-paced update. Work was efficiently crammed into a few days this week due to travel, but we still managed to pack a lot in. Here’s a brief overview of what went down.

I started with a few days in London before flying to Marbella, where I met with my business partner from another company. This business aligns perfectly with Alexander Carmine, creating a natural crossover. More information to follow on this!

We began with an open house in La Quinta—an authentic Spanish villa, quite different from today’s modern interior trends. It has a very homely feel, full of character, and is simply a beautiful property.

Next stop: inspecting our new office space in Marbella. Honestly, it’s a fantastic location—something a bit different from the usual setup. More details to come, but if you’re a fan of supercars, you’ll love it.

A quick lunch at Zoco Home turned into an impromptu furniture scouting session. Some stunning Scandinavian pieces caught my eye, and their new café area is lovely.

I then spent some time planning website updates. These things aren’t quick to implement, but the changes will be well worth it.

Later, I had an evening viewing at one of my favourite villas currently for sale. Why the evening? Because the property looks incredible at night. The lighting, both interior and exterior, takes it to another level. The attention to detail is extraordinary, even the underground mains water tap matches the exterior render. This one will be live on the site soon. It’s slightly outside Marbella, but perfectly located with a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

I wrapped up the evening with dinner at Roostiq, alongside my business partner, discussing our next moves. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend it; wonderful food.

The next day, I switched gears—teaching my son to ride his bike. I was amazed at how quickly he picked it up, within two days, he was off!

Then, it was straight to Sierra Nevada for three days of skiing with the family. Always a perfect trip, and it snowed non-stop, it almost felt like Christmas again.

Now, back in Málaga. It’s been a busy week, and I’ve loved every second of it.

Let’s see what next week brings. As always here if I can help support you on your property journey, WhatsApp is always on.
