Recent property sales in Jersey reflect a market that’s showing some signs of adjustment, with a number of properties selling for less than their listing prices. Larger, more distinctive properties continue to appeal to a smaller pool of buyers, while more affordable homes in convenient locations are still in demand, albeit with some price sensitivity. Overall, the market seems to be finding a balance between price expectations and buyer willingness.
