Unlocking the Door to Jersey’s Property Market: Jersey Court Analysis 8th November 2024

Welcome to our Jersey Property Analysis 8th November 2024. Across the transactions this week, there is a noticeable trend of properties selling for less than their initial listing price. This suggests that buyers may be negotiating more aggressively or that sellers are adjusting their expectations in response to the market environment. The size of these adjustments varies, with some properties seeing minimal reductions while others experienced significant differences between listing and sale prices.
  1. Apartment 4, Park Place, 6 Tunnell Street St Helier was sold for £320,000. First floor one double bed apartment. Fantastic new development by Style Homes, just a stone’s throw from Millennium Park. Spacious living room, Linear Avant handless kitchen with Neff appliances and feature lighting. Bedroom with fitted wardrobe, contemporary bathroom with three-piece suite, separate cloakroom, and utility cupboard. The property was listed for c£360,000.
