Apartments and townhouses are selling slightly below asking prices, while larger family homes and high-end properties are seeing some negotiation, but still achieving solid values. Overall, the market continues to offer opportunities for a range of buyers, from those seeking modern homes to those looking for properties with potential for renovation.
This week experienced a higher volume of transactions in St Brelade and St Peter.
  1. Apartment 6, Pavilions II,  St Peter was sold for £567,500. In need of modernisation Listing price was c£799,000
