Hello, everyone!
Next week, I’ll be leaving Jersey for a few weeks, and I wanted to take a moment to share what’s on the horizon during my time away. My first stop is London and then onto Spain, where I’ll be reconnecting with our fantastic team there. It’s always rewarding to see how much we’ve accomplished together, and this visit will allow me to ensure that everything is on track and aligned with our vision. There’s something special about connecting in person, and I’m looking forward to brainstorming ideas and discussing our future projects.
On a personal note, I’m excited to be competing in Ironman Marbella. This is an event I’ve been eagerly anticipating, as it pushes me to my limits both physically and mentally. Training for an Ironman is no small feat; it requires discipline and perseverance. Participating in events like this not only challenges me but also serves as a reminder of why I’m so passionate about what I do—whether in sports or in running Alexander Carmine Estates. It’s about embracing the journey and celebrating the milestones along the way.
While I’m in Spain, I’m also taking the opportunity to visit a few innovative architectural projects that focus on eco-friendly design. Seeing these cutting-edge designs up close is always inspiring, and it reinforces my belief in the importance of sustainability in our industry. At Alexander Carmine Estates, we are eager to incorporate more of these eco-conscious elements into our offerings, creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also kind to our planet. The property I am most excited to see is Cork Oak Mansion a masterfully designed villa by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, located in the prestigious Altos de Valderrama, Sotogrande. This extraordinary residence seamlessly blends modern elegance with the tranquility of nature, set on a sprawling 4,047 m² plot surrounded by a serene cork-oak forest.
If you would like a tour of this property, or virtual viewing on any of our Spanish Portfolio while I am away please contact me here and I would be delighted to host.
Of course, amidst all the work, I’m looking forward to some much-needed downtime as well. I plan to enjoy local cuisine and catch up with friends I haven’t seen in a while and of course hang out with Jo & Freddie. It’s been a busy season, and this trip will be a perfect chance to recharge my batteries and return with fresh ideas and renewed energy.
Rest assured, while I’m away, the team back in Jersey is more than capable of handling everything. They are a solid crew, and I have complete trust in them to keep things running smoothly. If you need anything during my absence, don’t hesitate to reach out to them—they’ll be happy to help.
I look forward to sharing my experiences and insights from this trip when I return.
Best,
Danny
